I recommend 200%!!We had 1 Hyundai Elantra in very good condition (it has 1 very large trunk, great for leaving several suitcases and bags there and going to visit quietly), we even had 1 car better than the one reserved 😊Jesus was waiting for us directly at the airport with the car and we returned it directly in front of our terminal, which is really very convenient.Security deposit in CB, perfect when you don't have dollars or Dominican pesos on arrival; refund of the deposit by giving the car 👍Jesus is a very friendly and really helpful person. Very good communication by WhatsApp, it is very responsive and reassuring.We had taken out the optional insurance and are delighted, the 24-hour assistance offered is a real plus: we had 1 problem and Jesus came on a public holiday with 1 very professional and very efficient colleague who quickly resolved our problem.Thank you Easy Rent car and Jesus.

Our first rental from Easy Rent Car. Jesus provided fantastic service, picked us up from the airport on arrival and drove us back to the airport from the car rental area on departure. Jesus was also easily accessible via WhatsApp and text making communication very smooth and efficient. His prices were highly competitive, less expensive than the bigger car rental agencies. Jesus also is highly conversant in English, thus making communication very easy for non-Spanish speakers. Would highly recommend and we will rent again from Easy Rent Car on our next trip to the DR.
